Empire mahogany, ormolu and patinated bronze working table / dressing table, grey marble on top, mercury glass inside, so-called Retour d'Egypte style, very fashionable in the early Empire period.

Refined Parisian production, early 19th century production circa 1800.

In excellent condition, varnish restored in a traditional way, mercury gilt extremely well preserved.
