Mahogany and ormolu Empire table, early 19th century circa 1810-1820. 3 ormolu ringed columns feet on a tripod base, beautiful mahogany veneer, a gray marble on top.

That type of table is a great classic of Empire decoration, intended for use as a coffee or dining table. Nice piece, luxury materials (flamed Cuban mahogany), carved marble with trapezoid profile, generous moldings.

Our piece is slightly smaller than the usual 100cm-diameter table : our 85cm diameter table is easier to place in any living-room.

It is in excellent condition, varnish has been renewed.

Height : 78.5cm
Diameter : 85.5cm
