Beautiful, tall Empire fireplace mirror. Gold leaf gilt wood frame. Early 19th century circa 1820.
Original sparkling mercury glass in 2 parts. Our mirror has all technical qualities that demanding amateurs are looking for. Furthermore, the format is very convenient : large, but not too much.
Our mirror and its frame were cleaned by our gilder : it is clean and in perfect condition ; it kept its original parquet. Some missing moldings that were remade ; small, normal spots on the mirror.
