Pair of Empire sterling silver salt cellars, cobalt blue crystal glasses.
Each silver frame bears French silver hallmark 1st coq (rooster) in use between 1798 and 1809, equivalent to Minerva 1st standard (meaning a 950/1000 purity silver) ; silversmith association mark, Paris guarantee stamp and the silversmith stamp (not identified).
The spoons are bought afterwards (French hallmark Minerva 1st standard, silversmith Henin & Cie signature), but well-fitted.
