Not signed but for sure the work af a good master considering the quality and elegance of the model, its proportions and finish. It might be Jean Baptiste Boulard, French kings' famous seatmaker.
Fully restored (traditional way - horsehair and feathers) and covered as new with a bright, stunning blue silk.
