Porcelain biscuit bust of Consul Napoleon Bonaparte standing on a so-called bleu de four deep blue porcelain pedestal enhanced with fine gold titled Bonaparte.

Very high quality production, after the model of Louis Simon Boizot's model. There is a red Sevres signature under the base, which actually is Samson's signature, very famous French manufacture that made perfect copies in 19th century, much appreciated today among porcelain connoisseurs.

In excellent condition ; only a small chip behind, on the upper part of the pedestal, thus not visible when exhibited.
