Empire mahogany and ormolu console, early 19th century.

Rich ormolu decoration : Egyptian woman faces, crossed uraeus, palm leaves, lion's feet and winged chimeras.

High quality production circa 1805-1810, close to the work of Charles Joeseph Lemarchand or an equivalent cabinetmaker.

In excellent condition ; our console has been fully restored (varnish remade), gilt bronzes cleaned. No accident.
