Baccarat pair of green crystal vases, art nouveau geranium decoration painted with fine gold. This model is known and listed in the 1916 catalog. This pair is very interesting because of Baccarat's signature with the date of 1922. The engraved signature with the circular stamp only appeared after 1936, previous productions wore a paper sticker, which generally disappeared in the wash. There are however very rares testimonies, like our vases, bearing a handwritten signature. Excellent condition overall.
