Set of 18 Louis XV style table knives, mother of pearl handle, sterling silver caps and collars, original steel blade signed Jules Piault, one of the most prestigious and appreciated silversmiths under Napoleon III's reign.

Rare item to find, the Louis XIV or Louis XVI style are more common models on the antiques market : rare occasion to match a rococo style flatware.

In excellent condition, in their original box signed Jules Piault as well. The blades have stain, as usual on steel blades after a period of time.
