Pair of so-called a la Reine armchairs, laquered wood, Louis XVI period.

18th century Parisian production circa 1780, perfect proportions, refined finish. Not stamped, but this set could be the work of French seatmaker Jean Baptiste Lelarge.

In excellent condition, including the silk cover.
