Pair of Directoire style mahogany chairs after a model of Georges Jacob (18th century - 1790s style made in late 19th century circa 1890).

Our seats are a true tribute to Jacob's genius ; original backrest pattern and shape (with the truncated angles).

Our chairs are in very good condition. The varnish was revived (some spots) and covered as new with Tassinari and Chatel silk (da Vinci fabric). A beautiful compromise between classic and modern. Beautiful model, uncommon and very stylish.
