Pair of lacquered wood Empire armchairs, Prince of Lorraine marks (origin : presumably Princess de Vaudemont, castle of Suresnes) and Jacob Desmalter stamp in use between 1803 and 1813 (Jacob D R Meslee).
Our pieces are worthy of being exhibited in a museum. Collector items in excellent condition, covered with a brand new ivory colored silk (Tassinari & Chatel) and a rasberry-colored edge (Empire fabric, 200 years old).
