Beautiful pair of lacquered caned chairs. Made in Paris, France at the beginning of Louis XVI period circa 1780. The two chairs are stamped JB Lelarge - Jean Baptiste III Lelarge, master in 1775 is one of the best seat makers of Louis XVI reign.
The cushions are covered with a very rich silk fabric.
