Empire Paris porcelain reticulated cup enhanced with fine gold, early 19th century production.

Under the foot there is a N signature engraved. Considering the age and the perfect quality of this piece, it is undoubtedly a production of Nast manufacture (we find the same calligraphy of N on known signatures of Nast). Based in Paris, the Nast factory was created in 1784 and active until 1830. It supplied French high society and several European courts.

Beautiful decoration enhanced with fine gold. Very decorative piece, tall format compared to previous similar items we sold in the past, ideal to decorate a fireplace or a commode with candlesticks on either part, or to place as a centerpiece on a table.

Our cup is in excellent condition, gilt is very fresh overall. No accident, a very small chip between the foot and the cup. Nice collector's item.
