Empire mahogany somno / bedside table, fine ormolu ornamentation (mercury gilt), a luxurious blue Turquin marble on top. Early 19th century circa 1810 - 1820.
Beautiful production, Cuban mahogany-veneered on the 4 sides - which aslo makes it ideal for a living room table usage, to hold a statue or store fine whiskey bottles.
In excellent condition, gilt well preserved, French varnish cleaned and freshened up by our cabinet maker.
