Empire mahogany pedestal table enhanced with finely chiseled palm leaves and roses ormolu decoration.

Early 19th century much refined production circa 1805 - 1810, that reminds of Marcion work - Pierre Benoit Marcion was one of the most famous and valued Empire cabinet makers, together with Jacob. We sold a stunning like-minded chest of drawers some time ago.
