Louis XV commode / chest of drawers, violet wood veneer, thick red marble, 18th century production. It opens with 5 drawers, 2 large and 3 small on the higher level.

Our commode is stamped Mathieu Criaerd (master in 1738), a very talented cabinet maker during Louis XV period. Active until 1760, he was provider of the Crown and the Court. His production is presented in the major museums such as Le Louvre
