Small opaline overlay liquor bottle , Charles X - Louis Philippe Restoration period, 19th century circa 1830 - 1840.

Attributed to Baccarat - although it could also be a work of Saint Louis, the 2 maunfactures sharing the same catalog at that time. By overlay, we mean that the structure is in multilayer crystal: pine green crystal covered with white opaline, which once cut reveals the color by transparency.

The bottle is enhanced with fine gold. So-called troubadour style, our carafe will perfectly fit an orientalist style or a Turkish taste decoration project. It is a rare and refined model.

It is in excellent condition : no lack, fresh gilt, no wear.

Height : 12.5cm
