Tall Baccarat crystal box, vermeil (sterling silver covered with fine gold) lid on top, LG monogram engraved in a cartouche on a rococo style finely chiseled background, mid 19th century production circa 1850.

French hallmark Minerva 1st standard (.950 purity silver) and silversmith stamp (not identified yet).

In excellent condition ; vermeil is a little attenuated outside, fresh inside the lid.
