Large mid-19th century jewelry box circa 1840 - 1850, rosewood veneer, brass inlays, a BR monogram in the brass cartouche in the middle. Parisian production signed Maison Peret, rue Montmorency - Paris.

Restored, cleaned, covered with a luxurious bright red silk fabric inside.

In very good overall condition.
