Large Empire style sterling silver coffee pot, early 19th century circa 1820. Elegant pattern decorated with palmettes, duck head-shaped spout, pine-shaped handle on top of the lid, palm leaves, resting on three lion's legs. Ebony handle.
Our coffee pot does not bear a monogram, you can engrave yours or a coat of arms on it.
Old Man 1st standard hallmark from Paris in use between 1819 and 1838 (.950 purity silver), Paris guarantee hallmark and silversmith mark stamped (Charles-Louis Dupré silversmith in Paris, active in 1827).
Our piece is really large-sized, for over 12 guests.
Very good condition ; small deformations on the sides. No repair.
