French antique sterling silver tray or large plate, Louis XV style, late 19th century. There is a coat of arms engraved with a crown of count on top, that results from the wedding of Henri Brunet de La Charie and Madeleine de Montesson, both belonging to the French aristocracy, married in the 1890's. French hallmark Minerva 1st standard stamped twice and "Fray Harleux à Paris" stamped under the edge. In excellent condition. Some scratches on the flat surface, which is quite usual after over a hundred years, but no distortion, no bump.
